Data Collected
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the subject of your enquiry (the “I am interested in” field) and the content of your message. When you arrive from an offer page, the enquiry also records the offer and, where relevant, the edition concerned, so that we can answer you on the right subject. This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to you.
Legal Basis
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), when you submit the contact form. No other personal data is processed: the site uses no analytics tool.
Analytics
This site uses no analytics tool. We do not track your page views, your journey or your device. If a privacy-friendly tool is introduced in future, this policy will be updated before it is activated.
Third-Party Services
Fonts are served by this site itself: no request is made to Google Fonts or to any other font provider, and no IP address is passed to a third party as a result. The WhatsApp button is a link: no third-party service is contacted unless you click it. Messages sent from the form are processed by our host, Netlify, Inc., on our behalf and on our instructions.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@or-kah.com.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months, after which they are deleted.
