Ready for what's ahead?

Six places. Four days. No standard version.

You want to recentre. You are looking to move beyond your limits. You are ready for real and lasting change.

What this terrain gives

The fact, what the terrain demands, and what protects it.

  1. 01

    The fact

    Beneath the auroral oval

    Window: November to January

Tromsø sits directly beneath the auroral oval — one of the few latitudes on earth where the aurora is a routine phenomenon rather than an event. Three months a year, when the polar night sets in.

  2. 02

    What the terrain demands

    The perception of time

The only one of the five where the constraint falls here

Light is the primary synchroniser of the circadian system. Removing it forces the nervous system off clock-time and back onto signal. The days shorten, then there are no days.

  3. 03

    What protects it

    A system that has held

    Or-Kah® inserts itself, takes nothing

Norwegian electricity is almost entirely hydroelectric; mountain and forest rivers are drinkable untreated. Sami families have herded reindeer here for centuries without depleting the terrain.

A subsistence system that has held where many have failed.

The expedition

Relearn how to feel, slow down, listen, think and act.

For four days, deep in untamed nature, you will discover a strength you may not have known existed.

So you can meet the unpredictable with presence, clarity and adaptability.

Neuroscience, biohacking, biomimicry and ancient wisdom, delivered through proven protocols.

Culture and history · Environment

Departure point for countless Arctic expeditions.

In this part of Norway, Sami culture carries a long history, rich traditions and a distinct language — central to Tromsø's identity. Many Sami families continue the tradition of reindeer herding.

A first-glance hostile environment, ringed by mountains and fjords. Exceptional preserved nature, and the natural gateway for hikers — Ringvassøy island and the Lyngenfjord region.

Marine mammals: humpback whale, orca, fin whale, porpoise, dolphin. Land mammals of the Far North: reindeer, elk, bear, wolf. Flora of lichens, bilberries, rhododendrons and dwarf birch.

The northern lights above Arctic Norway.

What the edition includes

Eight families of practice, three faculties covered.

Precautions and arrangements

Weather can be unpredictable. Adapting is part of the terrain.

Lodging in coastal cabins or lavvo, the traditional Sami tent. Food: fish, game, reindeer, berries and herbs.

Frequently asked

The questions people ask before committing.

01 Are accommodation and meals for the 4 days included in the price?

Yes. For the entire duration of the expedition, accommodation in a cabin-style lodging on site and 3 communal meals per day are included.

02 Can you help me arrange my flights and initial accommodation?

Yes. We have a travel agent partner who handles the logistics of booking your air travel. All costs related to flights and ground transportation to and from the expedition location remain the responsibility of participants, who must arrange and assume full responsibility for them.

03 I have questions about the programme content. How can I find out more?

We are open to every question. That is why we recommend starting with a discovery session — “On the way to RISE EXPEDITION®”: an exclusive, confidential preview, one to one, to confirm this expedition is truly yours.

04 Do you have set schedules or routes?

No. We follow a daily itinerary with a progressive pace, alternating physical, cognitive and meditative activities. Nature being unpredictable, we prefer to follow the natural course of the expedition — allowing a more spontaneous experience, adapted to each participant.

05 Can I benefit from a payment plan and reserve my place?

Yes, we offer payment plans. A 50% deposit is required at registration.
