1. Company
Or-Kah® is operated by Or-Kah, a French limited liability company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 993 325 521, with its registered office at 26, rue Marceline Desbordes-Valmore, 75016 Paris, France.

2. Services
Or-Kah® designs and delivers living experiences for individuals, companies and organisations, including neurosensory experiences, Corporate Experiences, living labs, talks, workshops and bespoke programmes.
The content, location, duration, price and services included are specified in the relevant offer, quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement.
3. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to services booked directly with Or-Kah®, unless otherwise stated in a quotation, contract or set of specific terms.
They do not apply to RISE EXPEDITION® or to any package travel arrangement. These offers are governed by separate contractual documentation provided to the participant after initial contact and before any definitive booking, acceptance or payment.
In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms, quotation or service agreement relating to the booking shall prevail.
4. Booking and confirmation
A booking becomes binding once:
- the quotation, proposal or booking confirmation has been accepted in writing;
- the applicable terms have been accepted;
- the required deposit or payment has been received.
For companies and organisations, a separate service agreement may be issued alongside the quotation or pro forma invoice.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes for individual consumers and exclusive of taxes for professional clients, unless otherwise specified.
The payment schedule, deposit and balance due date are stated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Unless expressly included, prices do not cover travel, accommodation, meals, personal expenses or services purchased directly from third parties.
Failure to make payment by the stated due date may result in the suspension or cancellation of the booking.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any request to cancel or reschedule a booking must be submitted to Or-Kah® in writing.
The applicable financial conditions are specified in the quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement relating to each service.
Where circumstances and existing commitments to third-party providers allow, Or-Kah® may offer a rescheduled date, credit or refund.
7. Changes or cancellation by Or-Kah®
Or-Kah® may adjust the content, sequence, schedule, location or contributors where operational, human, environmental or safety considerations require it. The essential purpose and objectives of the experience will be maintained.
Where Or-Kah® cancels a service and no alternative date is accepted, payments relating to services not performed will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the specific booking terms.
8. Health and participant responsibility
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their state of health is suitable for the chosen experience and for informing Or-Kah® of any relevant limitation, condition or contraindication that may affect their participation.
Or-Kah® experiences do not constitute medical, paramedical, psychological or therapeutic care and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Participants must follow the instructions provided and respect the other participants, contributors and host venues.
Or-Kah® may refuse or discontinue a participant's involvement where their condition or conduct compromises safety or the proper delivery of the experience.
9. Liability and force majeure
Or-Kah® is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations within the limits established by applicable law.
Or-Kah® shall not be liable where a failure or loss results from the participant, an unrelated third party, or exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.
10. Intellectual property
All content, protocols, materials, texts, visual and sound creations, documents, photographs, recordings and Or-Kah® brand elements remain the exclusive property of Or-Kah® or their respective owners.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Or-Kah® Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Complaints, mediation and governing law
Complaints must be submitted in writing to contact@or-kah.com.
Where a complaint from a consumer cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator identified in the Legal Notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable legal rules.
